Our Promises to you and your son or daughter while on the tour

1.     Future College Athlete Promises to provide your son or daughter with a staff of highly accomplished former collegiate and professional athletes.

2.     Future College Athlete Promises that each tour will be accompanied by an academic college counselor who has an in depth knowledge of each school visited and what academic requirements and psychological qualities will make for the best “fit” at each school. Also, we promise that your son or daughter will have a scheduled 30 minute advising session as well as have daily opportunities to ask counselors for guidance.

3.     Future College Athlete Promises to provide your son or daughter with hotel lodging in recognized national chains in safe areas; and that our ground transportation will always be with carriers who have the best safety and maintenance records.

4.     Future College Athlete Promises to provide each participant with quality “training sessions designed to “showcase” their technical and tactical athletic skills in front of coaches present.

5.     Future College Athlete Promises your son or daughter will come home from every tour with a much clearer idea of what kind of collegiate experience they want—including the academic and athletic experience they are personally looking for in a college as well as an athletic program.

6.     Future College Athlete Promises that your child’s whereabouts will be known at all times.

7.     Future College Athlete Promises that your child will “check in” (via phone or email) with you at least once daily.

Expectations of your son or daughter while on the tour

• AT ALL TIMES, your son or daughter must let a staff member must know where they are.
• When a staff member, hotel employee or college employee/coach, makes a request, your son or daughter is expected to honor that request without question, or delay.
• Your son or daughter is expected to refrain from any vocal or visible disrespect (even playful) to any member of our contingent, any college staff member, hotel employee, or anyone in their presence.
• Your son or daughter is expected to refrain from any rough-housing at any time (neither you, nor we, can afford “silly” injuries).
• Your son or daughter is expected to refrain from yelling in public places, on our tour buses, or in our hotels, or anywhere where others might be present (the practice fields are “fair game” though).
• When a staff member requests a head count, your son or daughter must stop immediately, find their group and chaperone, and be attentive.
• Your son or daughter is expected to always pay attention to the college coaches, their staff members, and chaperones
• Your son or daughter is expected to be on time for all meetings, meals, arranged departures, practice sessions, etc.

Hotel Etiquette

Your son or daughter is expected to:

• Share their rooms with their roommates only—unless they have permission from the staff to invite other kids into their room.
• Acknowledge that they are in their rooms at “Lights Out” time.
• Refrain from loud noises, and be in bed at bed time.
• Keep their rooms and personal space clean and neat at all times.
